Advanced Sintering Technology


We utilize thick material layer sintering technology, enabling improved airflow, stable heat distribution, and consistent sinter quality. This method enhances productivity while reducing fuel consumption, forming a high-performance foundation for downstream ironmaking.

Optimized Blast Furnace Systems


Our iron blast furnaces are equipped with ceramic cup bottoms, extending furnace campaign life and improving resistance to thermal and chemical stress. To further enhance efficiency, top pressure recovery systems capture and convert excess furnace pressure into usable energy, reducing overall power demand.

Clean Gas Treatment & Emission Control


Environmental responsibility is embedded into our process. We implement:
  • Blast furnace gas desulfurization
  • Hot blast stove flue gas desulfurization
These systems significantly reduce sulfur emissions while allowing treated gases to be safely reused within the plant, supporting both regulatory compliance and cleaner regional air quality.

Oxygen-Enriched Smelting Performance


Through oxygen-rich coal injection technology, combustion efficiency is increased and coke consumption is reduced. This results in stable furnace operation and smelting performance that consistently meets or exceeds national benchmark indexes.

Integrated Energy Recovery & Power Generation


Energy recovery is a core component of our smelting philosophy. Our facilities deploy multiple power-generation systems, including:
  • Sintering waste heat power generation
  • Process gas power generation
  • Double-super parameter power generation
  • Blast furnace TRT power generation

By converting waste heat and by-product gases into electricity, we significantly lower energy intensity and operational carbon footprint.
