At mio•L•ism, we take pride in curating a unique collection of Asian and European antiques, modern furniture and home decor, handcrafted paintings, lighting, and tiles. Please note that due to the handmade nature of many of our products, there may be slight variations in listed dimensions. We will not accept any refunds for size discrepancies. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for our global customers, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

1. Antique Products – Final Sale

Given the valuable and irreplaceable nature of antiques, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is confirmed. We encourage customers to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

2. Modern Furniture, Home Decor & Lighting

• Returns & Exchanges: Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain large furniture pieces.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Handcrafted Paintings & Custom Items

• Final Sale: All handmade paintings and custom-made products are non-returnable due to their unique craftsmanship.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a painting arrives damaged or differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Tiles & Fragile Items

• Returns: Tiles may be returned within 7 days of delivery, but a restocking fee of 20% applies due to handling and packaging costs.

• Exchanges for Damaged Goods: If tiles arrive broken, please report within 48 hours with photos, and we will issue a replacement.

5. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us at mio@miolism.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Securely package the item and ship it to our designated return center.

• Refunds (excluding shipping and restocking fees) will be processed within 28 business days after receiving the returned item.
