Crafted entirely from stunning bird’s eye maple, the chairs are accented with brass and marble. The wood is characterized by its swirling, eye-like patterns resembling tiny bird eyes. This rare and precious material is sourced from cold regions like Canada, the North American Rockies, and the Great Lakes. Its unique grain is naturally occurring and cannot be cultivated, appearing in only a small percentage of wild sugar maples—roughly a single-digit percentage out of every hundred trees.
