Shipping Instructions
All products are dispatched from our warehouses, where they receive routine care and maintenance to ensure excellent condition. For smoother and more efficient logistics, single-item or multi-item orders may be shipped without wooden crates unless otherwise requested.
If your order requires custom crating or supervision during transport, please coordinate in advance and arrange for any necessary personnel. We do not accept claims for refunds or compensation due to subjective dissatisfaction with shipping conditions once the item has been approved for dispatch.
Receiving Instructions
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. We recommend opening the package on site and verifying the item’s condition before signing for receipt. If any damage appears to have occurred during shipping, notify the logistics personnel and contact us immediately so we can assist with the claims process. Signing without inspection will be taken as confirmation of satisfactory condition. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
