The Ruyi Scroll Series draws inspiration from the profound heritage of Oriental aesthetics, reimagining the intricate window lattice (Linghua) and auspicious motifs found in classical Chinese gardens. Each tile features a four-way symmetrical composition centered around a Ruyi-inspired medallion, symbolizing longevity and structural harmony. The rhythmic, high-relief scrolls branch outward to create a sense of organic movement, reminiscent of traditional "Algae Well" (Caisson) ceilings. When tiled, the interlocking patterns form a continuous, ornamental tapestry that brings a sense of regal tranquility and scholarly elegance to modern architectural spaces.

Glaze & Texture

Drenched in a Reactive Jewel-Tone Glaze, the series is available in three signature finishes: Indigo Blue, Moss Green, and Burnished Copper. The high-gloss glaze is engineered to pool within the deep carved recesses, creating a natural contrast between the vivid pigment and the lighter, translucent edges. This "color-break" effect mimics the weathered patina of ancient jade and celadon, offering a vitrified, mirror-like surface that radiates warmth.
